Your JTeen account

After confirmation, follow the private link in your welcome text to sign in or create your own JTeen account. Confirm your email, connect your phone, and complete your member details. No parent account is required. New members still need JTeen approval. Text answers, points, streaks and event signups all use that same account.

Quizzes open Mondays and Thursdays at 7 p.m. Eastern. You receive your answer result after replying. Winners appear in the app and website after closing at 9 p.m.; winner texts go out the following morning at 9 a.m. to respect texting quiet hours.

Parents

JTeen serves teens in 8th through 12th grade. If your teen is under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian give permission before your teen signs up for texts, and a parent is welcome to use the number themselves instead. Either way, you can see exactly what we send and stop it at any time by replying STOP. Questions about texting, or about anything else, go to Rabbi Yaakov at [email protected] or 732-229-2424.

Stopping and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to be removed immediately. You will get one final message confirming it, and then nothing more. Reply START if you ever want to rejoin. Reply HELP for contact information.
