Request account deletion.
You can ask Chabad of the Shore to delete your JTeen account and associated personal information. Rabbi Yaakov reviews these requests within 30 days.
If you can sign in
In My account, open Privacy and account deletion, select Manage deletion requests, then submit your request. You can see updates and withdraw a pending request there. This is also available inside the JTeen app.
If you cannot sign in
Use the form below or email [email protected] with the subject “JTeen account deletion request.” Use the email associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before making changes; do not send passwords, payment details, or identity documents in this form.
What happens next
Submitting a request starts a review. It does not immediately erase information, cancel program registration, or issue a refund. Your request concerns your account and its personal information, including contact details, participation history and private questions. We will confirm the processing timeline and explain any information that must be retained for legal or financial obligations. A parent account is separate from a teen account; we verify authority before removing a teen’s information.
